FAQ

  • Due to the size of our space we are not able to offer reservations. We offer family style dining. Please come on in and we will do our best to accommodate you! If you have a party of 8+, we suggest sending one person from your party in 15 minutes before and let us know you’ll be needing a table, we’ll get ya situated!

  • Hi there!

    Our phones are off! There’s nothing worse than standing in a line, only to be told to wait a moment because your server has to take a phone order. It’s hard to hear through our walls, the lines get crossed and it’s just not the best way to serve our customers. If you have any questions you can’t find the answer to in this FAQ, you can send us an email or a DM. All orders must be placed in person. Find out more about that policy below!

  • Hi! We answer all questions about our Take n’ Bakes over on the Get It & Get Out page. You can find baking instructions, restocking information and answers to all other questions about the GI&GO on THIS page.

  • Yes! We do not accept orders via phone, messenger or email. We do not offer online ordering.

    If you’d like to place a to-go order, please come on in during our business hours and proceed to our to-go kiosk to the right of our main register. You MAY bypass the main line, I promise!  An employee will step over to take your order and we’ll have you out the door asap. Our average wait time for to-go orders is less than 15 minutes.

  • We do not offer online ordering or delivery. We have attempted this method in the past and it didn’t work for our customers or our kitchen. It is not something we plan to offer. All to-go orders can be placed in person. Our average to-go ticket is 12 minutes. We could all use a little more human interaction and a little less “convenience”. ♥️

  • We do not offer delivery services, nor do we partner with any delivery services. This includes mainstream and independent delivery services. If our restaurant is listed on a delivery service app or website, we are not an official partner and please note that you are ordering at your own risk. We cannot confirm information or provide customer service for any meal that leaves the restaurant with a delivery service.

    Why? The truth is, I like you. I like personally handing you your food. Cooking for you and taking your order face to face. This is how Mateo and I are able to connect with our customers, but, also it’s how we can assure that your food is safe and to our standards. I have talked about how it means so much to me that everyone has access to our food and delivery services make that difficult. Every single service takes our prices and makes every item more expensive. I don’t think that’s fair when we work so hard to make sure everyone can eat at our place. Community matters to me. You matter to me. Maybe one day we will have our own delivery system, but, for now I love being a part of your life… face to face.

  • Yes, we are!

    Please check out our Allergy Menu. Explore all of your options and our recommended modifications. All menu options are subject to change depending on product availability.

  • Our specials are available first come, first serve during our Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner services. Our special on Wednesday and Thursday night is always Cheesy Focaccia!

  • We take our last order 15 minutes before we close (2:15 for lunch, 7:45 for dinner) to allow our kitchen enough time to adequately prepare your meal.

    AT LUNCH: Please note that if you come in within 20 minutes of closing, we request that you take your order to-go to allow our staff enough time to clean the restaurant and reset for our dinner service at 4 pm.

    AT DINNER: Please keep in mind that a lot of items are typically sold out by 7:30 pm. We will do our best to make you a meal that you will love if you arrive after 7:30, that being said, everything is from-scratch and first come, first serve. We cannot guarantee any item is ever available.

  • There is free public street parking on S. Garden Street, in the alley and gravel parking lot behind us on W 11th Street and on Depot Street. You can also visit the CAB building behind us and there is an additional lot up there. If you park at the CAB building, please be sure to patron those businesses as well.

  • As of January 2025, we will be discontinuing our catering department. If you’d like to stop in, we are doing our best to keep our Get It & Get Out fridge/freezer stocked with Take n’ Bakes. We’ll have Lasagnas, Crack Sauce and whatever else Mila is in the mood to make! These are first come, first serve and cannot be pre-ordered.

  • Our bakery case changes from week to week to offer a wide variety of our favorite sweets! Cannolis and tiramisu are specifically fan-favorites and we will announce when we’re serving them on social media. We recommend coming in earlier in the day and on Friday or Saturday if you really want one of our weekend specials as we do tend to sell out quickly!

  • We don’t serve alcohol but you’re more than welcome to bring your own. I have an opener and glasses. Cork fee? If it looks good, I’m going to steal some. 😘

  • Yes we do! You can purchase them in person during our business hours or if you would rather, you can purchase a gift card online here. Gift cards purchased online are held at the counter to be picked up by the recipient. We do not mail or email gift cards as they are physical cards we issue. If you have any technical difficulties with your purchase, please reach out to mila@mamamilasmafia.com and we'll help ya out!

  • At this time we are not able to offer the restaurant for parties.

  • We are always accepting applications. Please do not message us, we will only consider applications via email.

    Step 1. Evaluate our hours, determine your availability. We are NOT open Sunday-Tuesday, we will not accept applicants who are not available on weekends.
