HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Refrigerate for up to 5 days after purchase or Freeze for up to 3 months.

    THAWING:

    If frozen, thaw your Lasagna in the fridge overnight or on the counter for 4 hours prior to baking.

    BAKING:

    1/3 PAN:

    Pre-heat the oven to 400ºF, with the lid on, cook for 25 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the inside is 165ºF and the top is golden brown.

    1/2 PAN:

    Pre-heat the oven to 400ºF, with the lid on, cook for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the inside is 165ºF and the top is golden brown.

    FULL PAN:

    Pre-heat the oven to 400ºF, with the lid on, cook for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the inside is 165ºF and the top is golden brown.

  • How do I store my Focaccia?

    Same day use? Counter.

    24-72 hours? Refrigerator.

    72+ hours? Freezer.

    It will mold very quickly because we do not put preservatives in our bread. Freeze for up to 1 month.

    From the freezer, set it out on the counter for an hour and thaw it. Pre-heat your oven to 400ºF. Place on a cookie sheet in foil and drizzle olive oil on the bread. Close the foil back up and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and open up the foil to expose the top of the bread and cook it for an additional 5-10 more minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Cut, serve and enjoy! You MUST refrigerate leftovers.

    HEATING:

    Pour the sauce into a medium saucepan, it needs to be double the size of the sauce so it doesn’t boil over and make a mess of your kitchen. On medium heat, stirring frequently, bring the sauce to a simmer and simmer until it thickens and it becomes the color you know and love. Serve immediately.

  • Use within 5 days of purchasing and store in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.

    From refrigerated, heat and eat!

    From frozen, thaw for 3 hours and then heat and eat!

    Thaw in the fridge overnight or on the counter for 2 hours.

    HEATING:

    Heat at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes, until warm and 165ºF.

GI&GO FAQ:

  • GI&GO stands for “Get It & Get Out!” this is Mila’s take on a Take-N-Go fridge/freezer for our Take n’ Bakes. This will be stocked weekly based on Mila’s taste and it is a spot for her to show off her creativity as a chef while also serving you! It’s a great way to grab a meal for a dinner party or to stock with your freezer with high quality and delicious meals.

  • The fridge and freezer is restocked based on Mila’s availability. We strive to have at least Lasagnas in the freezer by Wednesday at open (4 pm) but the remainder of the weekly menu will be stocked by open on Thursday at 4 pm. We cannot guarantee that the fridge will be stocked to the same extent every week as it will be dependent on Mila’s availability, our kitchen schedule and ingredient availability. Our weekly “menu” will be posted on Instagram and Facebook stories on Thursdays.

  • No. The GI&GO is first come, first serve and we are not guarantee restocking throughout the weekend. Items are available to purchase during our regular business hours while supplies last.

  • During our regular business hours! Wednesday & Thursday 4-8 pm. Friday & Saturday 11 am - 2:30 pm and 4 - 8 pm. Restocks happen on Thursdays and items are not guaranteed to be in there on Wednesday evenings.

  • Our weekly “menu” will be posted on Instagram and Facebook stories on Thursdays. Please note that we cannot give stock updates or place holds on items in DM’s or emails as our marketing manager is not present in the restaurant 24/7. Once the menu has been posted it is up to you to come in and see what we have available. Our phones are no longer in operation. We will update stock on social media in our stories as we are able.

  • Quarts of Crack Sauce and ½ sheets of Focaccia are usually available. These can be requested at the counter. This is sold on a FCFS basis and based on availability of what we have made “extra”. These items must go to our main kitchen service first. If we have any available we will gladly sell them to you!

  • Due to the logistics of stocking, we cannot guarantee these. If an item is Gluten Free or Vegetarian that will be indicated on the weekly menu. We will not be providing vegetarian or GF alternatives to every dish stocked.

  • Full pans feed 20.

    1/2 pans feed 8-10.

    1/3 pans feed 4+.

    9” Quiches serve 4-6.

    1/2 sheets feed 8-10.

    1 Quart feeds 2-4+ depending on the item.
