This Adrenal Mocktail is my go-to immune-boosting drink for electrolytes. I love this when I’m pregnant, for my kiddos and it’s in our arsenal when we’re feeling under the weather. I call it “Good-For-You Gatorade”!

INGREDIENTS
4 oz of Organic Pineapple Juice
8 oz of Organic Coconut Water
A Splash of Organic Cranberry Juice
1 Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Ice Cubes
1 Lemon
1 Orange (I love Cara Cara!)
DIRECTIONS
In a ball jar drop a pinch of salt.
Squeeze in a half of a lemon and a whole orange.
Pour in 4 oz of Pineapple Juice and a splash of cranberry juice.
Pour in the 8 oz of Coconut Water.
Stir it up and sip!
