INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 cup of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 sticks (8 oz) of Unsalted Butter
4 Eggs
2 cups of Organic Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
Flaky Sea Salt to sprinkle
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350º F.
Butter a shallow 9x13 baking pan.
In a pan on the stove, melt 2 sticks (8 oz) of unsalted Butter.
To 2 cups of sugar, add 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla and 4 Eggs, stir.
Add in 1 ¼ cups of All Purpose Flour, 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder and 1/2 tsp Salt. Before you mix, add in your melted butter (this prevents your eggs from curdling).
Gently stir and then fold in all of the ingredients gently, do NOT over mix.
Pour your brownies into your greased baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, EXACTLY.
Your brownies will be a little jiggly, TRUST ME, they’re done.
Let your brownies set for at least ten minutes and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt.
