INGREDIENTS
2 Cups of Chicken Bone Broth (you can sub water)
1-2 tsp (to taste) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cup of Pasta - Acini de Pepe or Stelline
1/2 Cup Grated Romano
Black Pepper to Taste
2 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, on medium heat, bring 2 cups of Chicken Broth or Water to a boil.
Add in 2 tsp of salt as the broth is coming to the boil.
Pour in 1 cup of your Pasta of choice.
On a low boil, cook your pasta until it’s al dente and your broth is at the desired level.
While your pasta cooks, grate 1/2 cup (or your heart’s desire) of Romano
Scoop out your pasta into bowls and top with a drizzle Olive Oil, as much Romano as you’d like and add Black Pepper to taste.
